Southland Sirens are a competitive roller derby team based in Waterford, Ireland. We recruit all genders as skaters, refs and NSO's (Non Skate Officials). We also run a 'Learn to Skate' Roller Skating programme twice a year to new beginners in the 1st & last Quarter of the year.
The great thing about roller derby (aside from everything!) is that the same strategies and skills apply to everything and everyone at every level.
